Into the wood....first mushroom pick
I followed my friend, Pai, and her friend into the forrest in Nynäshamn area (south of Stockholm). It was sunny and I drove Pai's car there since she just got back from night shift...I was a bit excited because I haven't driven car for many months after I changed job. After a while I felt familiar with the car and drove more relaxed. P'Muay thaught me to pick, cut, clean, and prepared the mushroom called 'Karl Johan mushroom'. We spent almost 4 hours in the forrest...not only mushroom picking but also fika and then back to P'Muay's house for dinner. My Sunday ended at home around 23.00 but the mushroom packing continued until 1.30 am. Not too easy but I finally packed all the 10 kilos in the fridge. Now I have many to eat and to share :-)
